All devices are graded upon being received to fit our classifications : Working Grade A, Working Grade B & Faulty.
If a device is found not to match it’s original submission classification then we will get in touch to to inform you of the reclassification and issue the correct offer price.
Working Grade A
- No cracks to any area of the device (Screen, Backglass, Home Button, Case).
- No internal faults with any aspect of the device (including LCD backlight marks).
- Working Touch ID / Face ID.
- Light cosmetic wear acceptable, CAN NOT have :
- deep scratches (scratches you can feel with a fingernail).
- Multiple light scratches or other permanent markings to the screen/backglass or casing.
- Multiple chips and dents to the casing or paint.
- No dents or noticeable scratches to the casing.
- No marks or spots on camera that are visible on a white background.
- Must have it’s original screen.
Working Grade B
- No cracks to any area of the device (Screen, Backglass, Home Button, Case).
- No internal faults with any aspect of the device (including LCD backlight marks).
- Working Touch ID / Face ID.
- Heavy cosmetic wear acceptable.
- No marks or spots on camera that are visible on a white background.
- Can have dents / chips to the casing.
- Must have it’s original screen.
Faulty
- Functionality faults eg. Microphone, Camera etc.
- Any size crack on screen or backglass.
- Bent, cracked or severely worn device cases.
